If you ever buy a printer, here’s a short PSA:
-
If you’re using a laser printer, no matter what paper you use, everything will come out looking the same, because the toner sits on top on the paper (so the surface you’ll end up looking at will be bonded toner, not paper). This can be good or bad, depending on how suitable the toner look is for what you’re doing.
-
If you’re using an inkjet printer, the paper you choose will have a huge impact on how things look when they come out, meaning the wrong kind of paper may cause everything to look super dull!
I wish people would explain these things clearly on the internet, but no, I learned this the hard way.
